Please note: When doing a monogram, the First name is the first initial, last name is the middle initial and middle name is the last initial.  For example: Payton Renee Harper is PHR.  For a couple's monogram the wife's first name is the first initial the couple's last name is the middle initial and the husband's first name is the last initial.  For example: Brian and Christie Harper would be CHB.  Please e-mail us if you have any questions.  Personalized items can not be returned unless the mistake was in manufacturing.
