What is the best way to reach you?

How long will it take to get my order?
 
If the order is in stock, it will ship via USPS within 48 hours of receipt of your order.  Since most of our products are custom, it takes some time to create them for you.  The majority of the items will ship within 3 weeks of reciept of order.
 
Is rush shipment available?
 
Yes we can accommodate rush orders on most of our custom products, please contact us at service@dabberdoo.com for specific rush charges.
 
How will my item arrive?
 
We ship via USPS Priority Mail.  After much research we have determined that USPS is the quickest and most economical way for us to ship our products.  Most items are recieved within 3 days of shipment and there is no charge for Saturday delivery, or delivery to APO and PO addresses.
 
What is the correct way to monogram an item?
 
The traditional monogram style is to have the last name large in the middle.  For example Payton Renee Harper would read PHR.  A traditional couple's monongram is the wife's first name, couple's last name and husband's first name.  For example the correct monogram for Christie and Brian Harper would be CHB.

I wish there was a DabbrDoo in my town, are you going to open any other stores?
 
Right now, we have one store in Atlanta, but if you are interested in selling DabberDoo products, we offer a home show business.  Click here for information on our consultant program.
 
What is your return policy?
 
Non personalized items may be returned within 30 days for a store credit.  They must be returned in their original packaging in good condition.  Due to the nature of personalized items, we can not accept returns or cancellations on personalized items.  Please check over your order carefully and make sure it reads exactly as you want it to appear.  See above for suggestions on monogramming.  If your order is incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 10 days and we will most certainly correct the problem.
